Are Luxury Reserve™ Roses actually real?
Indeed they are. We harvest our Ecuadorean roses at the peak of perfection, and then institute a proprietary method to produce long-lasting roses in many exquisite colors.
How do I take care of my roses?
It's easy. Keep them away from direct sunlight, humidity and heat. Do not water or touch delicate rose petals. Enjoy!
Can I remove the flowers from the vase in which they arrive?
No. Our designers arrange and secure the roses in place for the entire time that you enjoy the arrangement. If you attempt to remove them, it will harm the roses.
What if I want unique arrangements of centerpieces, bridal bouquets, client gifts or design for an event?

Are rose arrangements returnable?
Due to unique product considerations, we are not able to accept returns. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact one of our Client Experience Professionals at firstname.lastname@example.org. To cancel, you must contact us 48 hours in advance of shipping your order to receive a full refund.
Size, shape or color of our roses may vary slightly, which is inherent to a product of nature. If you order 2 or more colors of roses in a single arrangement, darker colored roses may bleed onto lighter roses or may stain fabric.
Can I schedule a delivery to a specific time and date?
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time or exact date through USPS. If you need a specific date and time, then select the delivery service that offers that at checkout at an increased delivery rate. In order to avoid delay of delivery, place orders in advance, as much as possible, especially near holidays. We can hand deliver in and near our zip code. If you would like hand delivery, please specify in the message box at checkout or contact us to arrange delivery. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO addresses or airports.
How do I know if my order was received and will be delivered?
Once you place your order, you will receive a status e-mail with your order confirmation number.
What are hours of operation?
You may order online at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For customer service questions, we are available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Eastern Time.
Are the roses edible?
No! Do not ingest. These are non-edible flowers that have been dyed, which is toxic if ingested.
